Particular goals: Increase civil society organizations' involvement in the formulation and execution of local public policies pertaining to the environment, land disputes, and women's and youth empowerment; Increase civil society organizations' ability to exercise citizen control over the execution of local public policies.
398 persons, 180 of whom are youths and 225 of whom are women, are involved in the project in 2021; the methodological approach to consultations on the autonomy of women and youth is being constructed; creation of operational hypotheses during emergencies; workshop for the creation of the system for monitoring and evaluating
