Participate in the execution of local public policies tailored to the region's problems and participatory local governance.

Particular goals: Increase civil society organizations' involvement in the formulation and execution of local public policies concerning the environment, land disputes, and the empowerment of women and youth; increase civil society organizations' ability to exercise citizen control over the execution of local public policies.

In 2021, 398 people—180 youth and 225 women—are involved in the project; the methodological approach for consultations on youth and women's autonomy is being constructed; working hypotheses are being constructed during times of crisis; the monitoring and evaluation system is being developed in a workshop; and tools for
Diagnosing the community; signing contracts with CSO collectives; signing of a contract with Yaoundé I University.
