Help members of municipal and local youth councils develop their skills to foster communication and better take into account the unique needs and concerns of young people by local authorities; reduce violence associated with the political and social exploitation of young motorcyclists prior to, during, and following elections; educate young motorcyclists in the targeted areas about their role as peacekeeping agents and social cohesion builders in their communities.
