KAFA -- Recruit qualified professionals from Cameroon

We work with companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, that have a real need and interest in recruiting foreign skilled professionalsWe identify and recruit qualified workers from Cameroon.

Our mission only ends when:

• the trader obtained full recognition of qualifications
• He speaks German with a B2 level
• He is very integrated into the company and its new environment.

Who does what?

The association KAGEDEV e.V. in Germanyin close collaboration with its partners, is responsible for:

• the selection of candidates
• and their relationship with German employers

Who can apply?

To be eligible, the candidate must:

• Have the Cameroonian nationality
• Hold a official university degree obtained in Cameroon
• Make an clean criminal record

What are the participation fees?

Applicants must pay the following

• 40,000 FCFA per month for language courses
• A one-time contribution of 50,000 FCFA to be paid to KAGEDEV Cameroon

How and where to apply?

Applications are open annually.
Up-to-date information is available on the KAGEDEV Germany and KAGEDEV Cameroon websites.

Course of the program :

1. Intensive German course (12 months) at the training centre in Hanoi (Cameroon)

• Language acquisition up to level B2
• Specialized language training
• Intercultural activities
• Support by KAGEDEV Cameroon during all the preparation

2. Preparation for applying for a job contract in Germany

• Assistance in the constitution of the file
• Vocational guidance according to qualifications

3. Get a contract and apply for a visa for Germany

• Once the contract has been signed with a German company, we will accompany you in the visa application process
