Career orientation

Discovering your individual abilities, investigating career options, and receiving application training. Young people need to be exposed to the topic of profession choice and training early on in order to be able to handle these difficulties as they go from school to the workforce. They are assisted in this process by the personnel of the vocational guidance program.

Ready to begin training

Students who wish to study in Germany or Cameroon or who are looking for a secondary school leaving certificate can get assistance and direction in selecting their future training location through the vocational orientation measure KAGEDEV.
Es werden während einer einwöchigen Messe die verschiedenen Ausbildungen mit den geforderten Eigenschaften, die Möglichkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, die Anforderungen an die Bewerber etc. vorgestellt.

Our main objectives:
1. To improve social, interpersonal, and professional abilities;
2. To recognize and cultivate personal skills;
3. To choose the best training location, familiarize yourself with a variety of training jobs and their profiles;
4. Acquire the ability to accurately evaluate one's own performance potential in connection to the career of choice.

Support and more training possibilities should be given to underprivileged youth in particular.
