Improve training opportunities

KAGEDEV provides an educational service called the Service of Accompaniment to Entry into Professional Life (SEVIPRO) with the goal of "improving the educational opportunities of young Cameroonians in need of accompaniment." As they move from general education to vocational training, students are escorted and assisted.

Purpose
Professional insertion coaches accompany students in preparatory and terminal classes in an effort to strengthen their formation skills and ease the transfer to learning.

They support :
● Obtaining a certificate of completion of general education;
● Vocational guidance and career choices;
● The pursuit of training and internship opportunities; 
● The training relationship is stabilized.

You work with:
● Teachers, school social workers;
● The individuals and organizations involved, as well as the employment agency's contact persons;
● Companies and trade;
● Parents and family members of youth.

Our contribution
Certificate completion:
● Evaluation of one's own strengths and weaknesses
● Individual support planning
● Setting up private assistance programs (tutoring, study groups)
● Cooperation with relatives
● Support for individual problems

● Adjust preferences, skills, and individual performance to the demands of professions and businesses.
● Actively influencing the process of choosing a career
