Vision

KAGEDEV Cameroon assists local players in the planning, creation, and execution of educational programs in addition to its own initiatives. The goal is to enable people (communities, parents, educators, governments, etc.) to become responsible citizens and sustainable agents in their own lives. Implementing projects in the field is the foundation of KAGEDEV's activities.

To achieve this, the organization provides tools, skills, and techniques to fulfill its social mission. His skills are the sum of his field experiences. KAGEDEV ensures that the global vision of educational systems and themes is shared in Cameroon, which helps strengthen the relevance of the actionstaken, anticipate global developments, and promote action research and innovation.

The KAGEDEV network's members work with one another on three jointly defined axes and take into account all factors that influence access to and quality of education, training, health, and culture.

KAGEDEV's objective is to promote living solidarity that acknowledges the diversity of cultures and does not aim to standardize the thoughts and actions of its members. In order to be flexible enough to adjust to various situations and stages of development, the solutions that are put into practice might be monetary, material, intellectual, or just human. In this way, the group conducts tests before establishing initiatives whose effects are demonstrated in Cameroon. In order to expedite their implementation on the ground, the goal is to enable as many Cameroonians dealing with comparable issues to adjust to our procedures and methods.
